Every product is checked by our quality control department to ensure its quality before it is sent to you. 1. What is your RETURN POLICY?
We are pleased to be able to offer you a right of return for unused products. Please send an email to customer service within the first 7 days of receiving your products. One of our customer service representatives will help you resolve the problem.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We will refund the remaining amount within 3 working days after checking the return package.
2. Can I exchange my Uniquemy products?
We understand that choosing the most appropriate product can be difficult without seeing the product face to face. We are therefore happy to offer you an exchange of your unused product within 7 days of receipt. Please send an email to Customer Service and one of our agents will assist you with your exchange. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
3. Order change & cancellation policy
All orders can be changed within 12 hours of placing the order. If your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel or change orders.
